Viaje a Le Mans Classic<\/h1>\n

\n<\/a>Hace tiempo escrib\u00ed una entrada relacionada con los viajes y la forma de llevar el equipo en compa\u00f1\u00edas a\u00e9reas lowcost. Esta entrada gener\u00f3 muchas visitas y preguntas. Pues bien, en esta ocasi\u00f3n el viaje era al m\u00edtico circuito de Le Mans y aunque al principio pensaba hacerlo volando hasta Par\u00eds y luego alquilar un coche para recorrer los menos de 200km., los colegas de viaje prefer\u00edan viajar con un coche decorado con uno de los medios en los que soy colaborador 9Republic.<\/p>\n

Por fin iba hacer un viaje sin problemas de peso en mi equipaje, si bien es cierto que tampoco quer\u00eda llevar exceso de equipo y es que despu\u00e9s de a\u00f1os viajando, he descubierto que menos es m\u00e1s y siempre llevo \u00f3pticas que no utilizo asiduamente pero que tienen miles de kil\u00f3metros por aquello del \u201cpor si acaso\u201d<\/p>\n

Con las ideas claras, el primero en mi maleta ten\u00eda que ser el Nikkor 300mm f:2.8. Un objetivo muy pesado pero necesario en un circuito en el que a veces los coches est\u00e1n muy alejados de las viondas. Adem\u00e1s de llevar tambi\u00e9n el Nikkor 1,7 (dupli) para alguna zona concreta.<\/p>\n

Por otra parte, para la zona de paddock, \u00faltimamente me tiene enamorado el Nikkor 14-24mm f:2.8. Este objetivo es excepcional si se sabe utilizar y pens\u00e9 que para qu\u00e9 iba a llevar el Nikkor 24-70mm. Un objetivo que antes llevaba soldado a uno de mis cuerpos pero que \u00faltimamente lo utilizo m\u00e1s para fotograf\u00eda social. Esta decisi\u00f3n fue acertada. La fotos del 14-24mm. marcan la diferencia en la mayor\u00eda de los casos. Es cierto que a veces el 14mm. deforma mucho los coches y esto puede ser bueno o malo, seg\u00fan como sea esa deformaci\u00f3n y de c\u00f3mo mire la foto el espectador, pero ciertamente, el abuso de una focal tan marcada cansa.<\/p>\n

Otro objetivo que ten\u00eda que llevar es el famoso Nikkor 70-200mm. f:2.8. Un objetivo que utilizo asiduamente en sesiones de coches y que en este viaje pod\u00eda ser interesante en zonas en las que los coches pasan m\u00e1s cerca de las vallas.<\/p>\n

Ten\u00eda claro que llevar\u00eda dos cuerpos, la D4 y la D810 y mont\u00f3n de memorias, bater\u00edas, cargadores, protectores para la lluvia, etc.<\/p>\n

Curiosamente donde tuve dudas fue a la hora de elegir entre tr\u00edpode o monopi\u00e9, e incluso cual de ellos. Hace poco tiempo compr\u00e9 una r\u00f3tula guimbal Wimberley para hacer los barridos con el 300mm. en un tr\u00edpode pues cuando est\u00e1s toda una ma\u00f1ana o todo un d\u00eda haciendo barridos a pulso con el 300mm. mis brazos aguantan a duras penas y en el mejor de los casos acabo con agujetas.<\/p>\n

Al final me decid\u00ed por llevar el tr\u00edpode que tengo para viajar en avi\u00f3n, un tr\u00edpode que nunca me han puesto pegas para llevarlo en cabina al ser de carbono y aunque en esta ocasi\u00f3n no viajaba en avi\u00f3n, pens\u00e9 que ser\u00eda lo mejor para las tomas nocturnas y para probar la guimbal.<\/p>\n

Acert\u00e9 de casualidad pues en el briefing que te dan en el Media Center cuando te acreditas, nos indicaban muy claramente que este a\u00f1o estaba prohibido usar tr\u00edpodes y solo se autorizaba el uso de monopi\u00e9s. Seguro que est\u00e1s pensando que me he equivocado al escribir \u00e9ste p\u00e1rrafo pero acert\u00e9 al escoger ese tr\u00edpode que una de sus patas de convierte en un excelente monopi\u00e9 y eso me permiti\u00f3 hacer fotos sin problemas, eso si, no pude probar mi nueva Wimberley.<\/p>\n

En los tiempos que corren, lo que hoy se puede utilizar, en cualquier momento por temas de seguridad, las normas y eso te puede afectar a tu trabajo o forma de realizarlo. Es lo que toca en estos tiempos.<\/p>\n

Trip to Le Mans Classic<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Time ago I wrote an entry related to travel and how to carry equipment in lowcost airlines. This entry generated many visits and questions. Well, this time the trip was the legendary circuit of Le Mans and although at first I thought doing flying to Paris and then rent a car to travel less than 200km., Colleagues travel preferred to travel with a car decorated with one of the means in which I am partner 9Republic.<\/span><\/p>\n

Finally I am going to make a trip without weight problems in my luggage, if it is true that did not want to carry excess equipment and is that after years of traveling, I discovered that less is more and always wear lenses that do not use regularly but have thousands of kilometers by that of \u00abjust in case\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n

With clear ideas, the first in my suitcase had to be the Nikkor 300mm f: 2.8. A very heavy but necessary goal in a circuit where cars are sometimes far removed from the viondas. In addition to also bear the Nikkor 1.7 (doppel) for any particular area.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is true that sometimes the 14mm. deforms much cars and this can be good or bad, according as the deformation and how the viewer look at the photo, but certainly the abuse of such a marked focal tired.<\/span><\/p>\n

Another objective was to bring the famous Nikkor 70-200mm is. f: 2.8. One goal that I use regularly in sessions of cars and on this trip could be interesting in areas where cars pass closer to the fences.<\/span><\/p>\n

It was clear that it would take two bodies, the D4 and D810 and lots of memories, batteries, chargers, protective rain gear, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

Interestingly doubt where I was at when choosing between tripod or monopod, and even which of them. recently I bought a kneecap Guimbal Wimberley for sweeps with 300mm. on a tripod because when you’re a morning or a day doing sweeps pulse with 300mm. my arms barely endure and the best just with shoelaces.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the end I decided to carry the tripod that I have to travel by plane, a tripod that have never been hit me to carry in cabin when carbon and although this time not traveling by plane, I thought it would be best for night shots and to test the Guimbal.<\/span><\/p>\n

I happened by chance as the briefing you get in the Media Center when you prove you, we indicated very clearly that this year was prohibited from using tripods and monopods only use was authorized. You’re probably thinking that I was wrong to write this paragraph but I was right to choose the tripod that one of his legs makes it an excellent monopod and that allowed me to take pictures without problems, that if I could not prove my new Wimberley.<\/span><\/p>\n
